I am a qualified, fully insured reflexologist and holistic therapist with membership from the Complementary Therapists Association.

I have gained experienced at treating all types of conditions such as stress, insomnia, sports injuries, conception, pregnancy,labour as well as most existing and new ailments.

I practised at the Stress Project on a voluntary basis for two years treating adults with mental health issues.

My background in counselling has taught me to offer a listening ear without judgement and treating my clients with total confidentiality and respect.
